In California, I designed a modern accessory dwelling unit (ADU) that meets Title 24 energy compliance and exemplifies sustainable living. The structure features R-19 insulated walls and an R-30 insulated roof, maximizing energy efficiency while ensuring comfort. Solar panels (PV) were installed to offset energy use, along with a range of other measures to optimize site efficiency and minimize the carbon footprint. This project highlights my expertise in creating code-compliant, energy-efficient buildings that blend functionality with sustainability.
